Gracie 6 months | Baby Portraits

Meet adorable Gracie, only 6 months old.

I first met Gracie’s parents Jess and Grant at a wedding I photographed last October.  Jess had not long given birth to little Gracie and was keen to have some photos taken.  We scheduled the shoot for when Gracie was 6 months old, as babies are full of personality at that age.  We had a lot of fun during the session with Gracie showing me her baby plank pose and although she had not quite mastered sitting up yet,  I’m guessing she’ll be crawling any day now.  Gracie made me work very hard for a smile preferring to keep those for her daddy only….although she did sneak one or two in just for me! 😉

Thank you so much Jess and Grant, you certainly bake beautiful babies and I hope you enjoy the sneak peak.

Alexander 5 Weeks | Newborn Lifestyle

I spent a lovely afternoon on Saturday photographing Danielle and Ben and their beautifully baby boy Alexander (only 5 weeks new) at their family home in Mosman.

On my arrival, Alexander had not long been fed and was peacefully asleep in his rocker.  While all was quiet in the house we took the opportunity to take some lovely indoor portraits before going outside into the garden.  Danielle and Ben’s home has the most amazing view of Sydney Harbour and Clifton Gardens, so how could I resist sneaking a photograph.  Afterwards it was time for Alexanders feed time, and some more sleep (yup, that’s all Alexander wanted to do, SLEEP!)  With one last family cuddle I was on my way, but not before popping into the nursery to say my goodbyes to this sweet little man.

Thank you Danielle and Ben for letting me do what I love….

Aisbett Family Session

I have loved watching this family grow.  It’s is such an honour to be invited back for a 4th time to photograph Sarah and her family.

This time for a much welcomed casual approach photographing Sarah’s three children playing in their secret garden…just as they are.

Thank you Sarah.

xx

The Cassidy Girls

I had the pleasure of photographing the Cassidy girls yesterday afternoon. WOW.

With beautiful golden light and four gorgeous subjects, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect shoot.  You girls rocked!  and Yes Vicki, even you 😉

Walkom Family Session

Meet Belinda from Belinda Walkom Photography and her absolutely gorgeous family.

A family so close to my heart.  For those of you that don’t know me well, Belinda is my best friend.  Our two eldest children went to pre-school together and if I remember correctly, one our very first conversations went a long the lines of ‘oh, you’re a photographer too, so am I’.  The second conversation went something like ‘please tell your son to stop kissing my daughter’.  Lifetime friends from that moment onwards!

Well Belinda has been talking about a doing a family shoot for months now (possibly years 😉 ) and how could I say no when Belinda asked ME to be the photographer.  Such a privilege 🙂

A lot of thought went into this Autumn themed shoot, everything styled just perfectly and I’m so glad we got plenty of fabulous shots.  Spoilt for choice that’s for sure.

Enjoy the sneak peak Bel.
